Liat Or
Co-Founder and President of BCTC, which she co-founded in 2024 alongside Leslie Levine in response to the growing division, misinformation, and rising antisemitism many communities experienced following October 7. Based in Atlanta, Liat brings a background in law, business operations, international affairs, communications, nonprofit leadership, and community organizing.
Originally from Israel, Liat has lived and worked in Israel, France, and the United States, experiences that shaped her understanding of culture, identity, and differing perspectives. Her professional background includes work in legal and diplomatic environments connected to Israeli governmental and international institutions in both the United States and Europe. She holds degrees in Law and Business Administration, along with certifications in Journalism and Human Resources Management.
Liat is deeply involved in Jewish communal life, education, civic engagement, and grassroots advocacy initiatives focused on dialogue, antisemitism awareness, and community connection. She is also a co-founder of SHIELD K-12, an initiative focused on Jewish inclusion and antisemitism awareness in K–12 education.
Dr. Anna Ke
Professional musician, educator, and community advocate with a background in performance, higher education, and cultural engagement. Dr. Keiserman has taught at institutions including NYU Steinhardt, Rutgers University Extension Division, William Paterson University, and the University of West Georgia.
Having experienced antisemitism and discrimination while living in New Jersey, Anna brings a strong personal commitment to education, dialogue, and creating spaces where people feel seen and heard. Her work combines artistic excellence with a deep belief in the power of culture, conversation, and human connection.
Simon St
Technology and operations professional with family roots in France and Tunisia, and a multicultural upbringing shaped by Catholic, Jewish, and Muslim influences. Simon attended Catholic school and grew up surrounded by diverse religious and cultural perspectives, including within his own extended family. These experiences gave him exposure to different worldviews and evolving perspectives throughout his life.
Professionally, Simon brings extensive experience in implementation, systems, operations, and strategic problem-solving. His background reflects the many different ways people connect to identity, culture, community, and Judaism, while contributing practical and international perspective to BCTC’s work.

Kaspit Ga
Israeli attorney and former diplomatic professional based in Houston, Texas, with deep ties to both the Israeli and Jewish communities in Houston. Kaspit worked with the Consulate General of Israel to the Southwest from 2015–2020, bringing experience in international relations, law, administration, community engagement, and public affairs.
Over the years, she has built strong relationships across Jewish, Israeli, business, and civic communities throughout Texas and beyond. Known for her warmth, professionalism, and ability to connect people across different backgrounds and networks, Kaspit brings valuable perspective, leadership, and community insight to BCTC.
Victoria Fe
Author, keynote speaker, executive coach, and Human Resources and Learning & Development leader with experience across global companies, startups, and leadership organizations, including Amazon, Meta, PayPal, Visa, Rakuten, and Uber. She is also the co-author of Hired!: The Ultimate “How To” Guide to Landing Your Dream Job.
Having lived in San Francisco and worked across diverse professional and multicultural environments, Victoria brings broad perspective, communication expertise, leadership development experience, and strong connections within the Jewish community to BCTC’s work.
Malik Ro
Community advocate, speaker, and proud Zionist committed to strengthening understanding, dialogue, and meaningful connection across communities. Malik brings a perspective shaped by personal growth, lived experience, and a strong belief in the importance of identity, education, and honest conversation.
Drawing from a diverse personal background and evolving perspectives throughout his life, Malik has become an outspoken supporter of Israel and Jewish self-determination, while also emphasizing the importance of empathy, listening, and engaging across differences. Through his writing and public presence, he speaks openly about faith, identity, purpose, resilience, and the value of challenging assumptions.
Known for his authenticity, warmth, and ability to connect with people from different backgrounds, Malik brings thoughtful perspective and community-centered leadership to BCTC’s mission of fostering dialogue, curiosity, and human connection.
Elizabeth Ga
An attorney whose legal experience has given her a deep appreciation for thoughtful analysis, fairness, and the importance of understanding different perspectives. She brings these skills to BCTC’s work, helping foster meaningful conversations grounded in respect, curiosity, and civil discourse.
Deeply committed to her community, Elizabeth is passionate about strengthening connections, supporting others, and creating opportunities for people to learn from one another. Nathalie We
A therapist and counselor whose work centers on helping individuals navigate challenges, strengthen relationships, and build resilience. Her professional background in mental health brings a deep understanding of human behavior, communication, and emotional well-being.
