About Arlene Bridges Samuels
Arlene Bridges Samuels has been a trusted advisor, mentor, and early ally of BCTC. From the very beginning, she believed in the mission—helping shape its direction, offering perspective, and facilitating many of its conversations. Her steady guidance, clarity, and commitment to meaningful dialogue have played an important role in both the growth of the organization and the community it continues to build.
Arlene grew up in Florence, South Carolina, graduated from Winthrop University, and earned her MA at the University of Alabama. Her 25-year advocacy for Israel began with Israel Always, founded by Earl Cox, International Ambassador of Goodwill for Christians and Jews.
In 2007, AIPAC hired Arlene as its first Southeast Regional Outreach Director, where she engaged Christian leaders in bipartisan advocacy to strengthen the U.S.–Israel relationship. She later served as Leadership Outreach Director for the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem, continuing her work building meaningful connections and engagement.
Since 2020, she has written the weekly feature article for CBN Israel, attended two Israel Government Press Office Christian Media Summits in Jerusalem, and traveled to Israel more than twenty times. Her experience and relationships continue to inform and strengthen the conversations she supports.
