Wednesday, April 29 is #EndJewHatred Day.
But this isn’t about one day. Jewish hatred isn’t fading—it’s rising. And it’s not just a Jewish problem; it impacts our communities and our democracy.
It shows up in many forms—antisemitism, anti-Judaism, anti-Zionism, blood libels, conspiracy theories, scapegoating. Different language, same pattern: blaming one group. It’s a cycle.
We have definitions and resources if you want to go deeper. But as Deborah Lipstadt reminded us, many of us don’t need a perfect definition of antisemitism to recognize it. We know it when we see it.
Here’s the reality: we need volunteers. This work is growing—and it’s working. More people are showing up, listening, understanding, and choosing to stand in support. But to keep going, we need more people.
Start small. One conversation. One small way to help. One moment to do something—ultimately pushing back on Jewish hatred.
At BCTC, that’s how change happens—and you can be part of it.
